Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The guest opens their camera, points it at the QR code and the menu opens in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
How long until we are live?
Allow 5 to 10 working days between order and opening the service, depending on the size of your menu. We enter your menu, produce your QR codes and train your team.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Your servers keep taking orders as they did before. As soon as the connection returns, the order board resynchronises automatically.
Can I change my menu myself?
Yes. Adding a dish, changing a price or flagging a sold-out item takes seconds and takes effect immediately on your guestsphones.
Do my servers need an email address?
No. They sign in with their phone number. You create their account and hand them a password.
What does the annual subscription cover?
The online service, updates, every new feature, monitoring, daily backups and support. Setup is a separate one-off payment.
Does my data belong to me?
Yes. Your menu, your orders and your guest reviews are exportable to Excel whenever you want, without asking us.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We set up a demonstration in your name, with your own menu, so you can put it in the hands of your team and a few guests.
