What does setup include?
It is the question we are asked most. Here is the plain answer.
What it is not
- Software to install on your computer
- An app your guests have to download
- Hardware to buy: no till, no tablet, no box
- Building work or an engineer in your dining room
What it is
Setup is work we do for you, once, before your service opens. We prepare everything: your menu, your QR codes, your team’s accounts and their training. There is nothing for you to configure.
How it goes
- 1
Day 1You
A 30-minute call
We talk about your venue, your menu and how many tables you have. You send us your menu in any form: a PDF, a photo, even a chalkboard.
- 2
Days 2 to 4Us
We prepare everything
We enter your menu dish by dish, with sizes, sauces, extras and allergens. We create your space and produce your QR codes.
- 3
Day 5You
You check it
You get a link to browse your menu exactly as a guest would. You tell us what to change, we change it.
- 4
Day 6Us
We train your team
We come to you. An hour is enough for your servers: following orders, taking payment, flagging a dish that has run out.
- 5
Day 7Us
You go live
The QR codes are on the tables. The first guest scans. We stay reachable for the whole first week.
What we need from you
Three things, none of them technical.
- Your menu, in any form
- How many tables you have, and their names if they have any
- An hour with your team for training
And afterwards?
You run everything yourself from your dashboard: add a dish, change a price, flag a sold-out item. It takes seconds and takes effect immediately. The annual subscription then covers the service, updates and support.
